Interview skills (interviewer and interviewee)

Objective
Interviewing is the process whereby individuals (usually two) exchange information -an interviewer, and an interviewee. Interviewing Skills Training focuses on the skills required to conduct engaging interviews that include effective questions. This will allow a hiring manager or interviewer to ensure the best practices are followed to hire the right candidates with the applicable skills, behavior, and mindset. This will ensure the candidate fits in perfectly with the job role and culture of the team and organization.

From the interviewee’s perspective, this program will help learners develop skills to highlight their best hiring features, develop confidence and communication skills.
