  • Be aware of and differentiate between three basic styles: Assertive (aggressive), Accommodator (relationship oriented) and Analyst (conflict avoidant)
  • Apply the process of strategic thinking in their roles of collection
    1. Differentiate between stressed asset management and non-performing asset (NPA) management
    2. Treat them in accordance with regulatory and tribunal norms.
    3. Understand NPA impact and how it's managed through securitization
